Goodwill Store to Open in Pequannock

GoodwillImage by Lukinosity via FlickrPequannock is set to see the opening of a new Goodwill thrift store located across from the A&P at the corner of Jackson and Rt. 23.

In addition to making excellent use of prime retail real estate (formerly a car dealership), the store will bring a number of jobs to the community.

According to Goodwill.org, Goodwill Industries International Inc. generated $4 billion in revenue in 2010, with $2.69 of that coming from their used goods retail stores, $592 million from private donations, and an additional $444 million received in government funding.
