American Flag..Vietnam and Korean War veteran ...Image by marsmet523 via FlickrAmerican Legion Post 242, located in Pequannock Township, is set to donate a copious number of firemen's grave-markers to replace ones that have disappeared.  It is suspected that these markers were stolen for their metal content, though the truth of the matter is hard to determine.

The markers will be donated in a ceremony at Paul Revere Hall at 7pm on Monday August 15th.

Any scrap metal dealers encountering metal grave-markers on the market should contact their local Police department to avoid charges of receiving stolen property.
